LOCATION

Is your property located in Granby or unincorporated Grand County? Use this Granby Zoning Map to determine if your property is within the town limits of Granby. (ex. Properties located in the Silversage, Legacy Park, Innsbruck, and Val-Moritz subdivisions are NOT in the Town of Granby.) Not in Granby? Visit the Grand County Short Term Rental page.

FEES

There is a one-time application fee of $100. The annual permit fee, as of January 1, 2024, is $728 per bedroom. The Town has not established a local lodging tax, however the Town has established an impact fee for short term rentals that may fall under the broad definition of "local lodging tax" in this instance, which includes fees pursuant to C.R.S. § 39-26-802(1)(a.5)(II)(B).

FIRE SAFETY

Grand Fire Protection District #1 requires that all short-term rentals MUST be equipped with a Knox Box and have an annual inspection.
