COMPREHENSIVE AMENDMENTS TO THE TOWN OF GRANBY LAND USE CODE AND OFFICIAL ZONING MAP 

The Town of Granby Planning Commission and Board of Trustees will hold public hearings regarding proposed comprehensive amendments to the Town of Granby Zoning and Development Code and Official Zoning Map. The proposed amendments include revisions to zoning districts, permitted uses, conditional uses, accessory uses, use tables, development standards, dimensional standards, parking requirements, landscaping requirements, administrative procedures, subdivision-related provisions, and other land use regulations. The proposed amendments also include revisions to zoning district boundaries and adoption of an updated Official Zoning Map affecting properties throughout the Town of Granby.

The Town of Granby uses Cloudpermit to process all planning and zoning applications.  To begin the process complete the General Development Application and the Agreement for Payment (both forms are also located in the Resources and References page) then use this link to submit the application in Cloudpermit: https://us.cloudpermit.com/gov/login

Before applying, ensure that your physical address is in the Town of Granby by referring to the 2025 Town Official Zoning Map as some addresses have Granby, CO 80446 as their physical address, but are located outside of Town limits.
