Planning & Zoning

 
The Town of Granby uses Cloudpermit to process all planning and zoning applications.  To begin the process, use this link to submit a new planning application in Cloudpermit.

Before applying, ensure that your physical address is in the Town of Granby by referring to the 2025 Town Official Zoning Map as some addresses have Granby, CO 80446 as their physical address, but are located outside of Town limits.   
 
If you are located outside of Town limits, please refer to Grand County's guidelines.
