North Service Area Water

The North Service Area (NSA) is what many consider to be "old town" Granby. It's the area north of the Fraser River and the Edgewater community on the Granby Bridge. This region gets its water directly from the Fraser River. 

Water Fees & Billing

North Service properties are billed in arrears quarterly.

2024 Rates: Facility Fee $298.66 plus water use at $12.47/1,000 gallons

If payment in full is not received 45 days from billing, a late charge of $50.00 or 10% of the amount of the bill, whichever is greater, shall be charged.
