Online Payments

The Town of Granby has partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, the premier provider for online payment systems.

When you sign up for online bill payment, you will get a secure password to access your personal account at https://xpressbillpay.com. Select a payment type - credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer - enter the requested information, and you're done!

For utility payments, you'll receive a reminder email to let you know when your bill is available online. Simply, log in through your web browser to view and pay your bill. 

You may also continue to make payments using cash or physical checks, including payments sent through your banking institution’s online bill pay service. Checks should be made payable to the Town of Granby. Debit card, credit card, check, and cash payments are accepted at Town Hall during regular business hours.

For all non-utility payments, please use the link below to submit your payment.

Please note:  The Granby Sanitation District is SEPARATE from the Town of Granby.  You may drop off your sanitation bills at the Town Hall and we will forward them to the Sanitation District, but you cannot pay sanitation bills with the Town's Online Bill Pay.
