Liquor Licensing - Retail License

The State of Colorado is a dual licensing authority; thus, all new liquor licenses, transfers of ownership and renewals must be approved by both the State of Colorado Department of Revenue Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement Division and the Town of Granby Liquor Licensing Authority. (Granby Municipal Code Title 5, Chapter 5.10) 

Allow at least two to five months for the processing of a new or transferred license.
