Short-Term Rental Fee Increase

Rates increased for short-term rentals (STR)  beginning January 1, 2024 to $728.00 per bedroom. The additional funds generated from this will be used to support affordable housing options. The increase was done after evaluating the results of a STR study in 2023. Owners were notified of the change via email and mail.
