Payment Plan Options
If you would prefer to break your bill into multiple payments, we can set up a payment plan to better meet your budgeting needs. With these plans, property owners will still only receive one bill, but the deadline extends to the 9th day of the third month in the quarter (March 9, June 9, September 9, December 9) to pay in full. You may choose to break your bill into as many payments as you find necessary. Payment plan participants are open to both property owners and tenants, and MUST BE REGISTERED with the Town or the standard deadline will apply and late fees will incur prior to the payment plan deadline.
