Late Fees and Shut Offs

Unless enrolled in a payment plan, accounts in the NSA, SSA, and WSA are due within 45 days of issuance. A late fee of $50 or 10%, whichever is greater, will occur if payment has not been received.

If there is a remaining balance by the 60th day of billing, a notice will be sent via certified mail. If payment is not received after ten (10) days of notice, the service will be discontinued and a turnoff fee of $200 will be charged to the account. Service will only be restored when the balance is paid in full.
