Tap Fees & Water Rates

Water tap fees vary by service area. Water meters, not mentioned in the form, are an additional $850.00 (prices subject to change). There were no rate increases for 2025 in any service area.

 

North Service Area Tap Fees & Water Rates: located north of the Fraser River and includes the Granby Bridge/Edgewater neighborhood.

South Service Area Tap Fees & Water Rates: located south of the Fraser River and Granby Bridge. This area includes Granby Ranch and Grand Elk.

West Service Area Water Rates: located west of Highway 34 servicing Smith Creek and Sun Outdoors Rocky Mountains.

Moraine Park Tap Fees & Water Rates: while outside of Town limits, the Town operates the water system for this neighborhood.
