What documents will I need to apply for housing in Nuche Village?

To apply for homeownership opportunities, you will need the following documents: 

  • Paystubs from a Grand County Employer from the past year
  • 2024 Tax Return
  • Written notice of financing qualification for the anticipated sales price from a lender (this can be emailed following the application submittal, but must be sent before the lottery drawing to qualify)

Documents can be submitted on the application form or through email following the submittal of your application. All documents must be submitted by the lottery draw date.
