How can I determine what AMI level I'm in?

Nuche Village homes are priced based on the Area Median Income (AMI) for Grand County. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) gathers data, determines, and publishes AMI for counties throughout the U.S. and Colorado. This report is what the Town of Granby is using for AMI. Your household income AMI level is dependent on household earnings and the number of individuals, including dependents, in your household. Phase I of Nuche Village will serve households earning between 60% and 160% AMI. See our Cost Breakdown Sheet (PDF) to learn more.
