Mobile Vendors Permit
Mobile vendors are defined as any cart, food truck, wagon, mobile stand, motor vehicle or other vehicle, or other appurtenances used to conduct mobile food vending or mobile retail operations.
All mobile vendors conducting business within the Town of Granby limits are required to obtain a permit to do so (Municipal Code Chapter 5.05), in addition to obtaining a Colorado State Sales Tax License.
