Purchase of Lots at Eagleridge in Grand Elk - Deadline October 7, 2025

The Grand Elk Ranch General Improvement District, a quasi-municipal subdivision of the State of Colorado, (“the District”) is seeking proposals to purchase from the District certain property owned by the District described as follows:

 VILLAGE AT EAGLERIDGE BUILDINGS 5, 6, AND 7 LOTS B-27 THROUGH B-32, C-33 THROUGH C-40, AND B-41 THROUGH B-46

(“the Property”). The Property is located in the Village of Eagleridge subdivision within the Grand Elk Development, west of Highway 40 within the Town of Granby.  All offers shall be entertained. Please review RFP documents for proposal requirements and deadlines.
