ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT

This is a part-time role, structured to work with the right candidate’s availability. The administrative assistant is the face of the Town of Granby, supporting requests and questions from citizens, businesses, and Town of Granby staff. Generally, we would expect this role to work 16 – 24 hours per week depending on availability. Duties include interacting with constituents in person, through email, and over the phone, appropriately processing payments for Town services, general office support for Town Hall, and administrative support for Town Manager. The ideal candidate would be able to effectively use Microsoft Office software, have cash handling experience,  be knowledgeable about the Town of Granby and community resources, and who enjoys interacting with the public and with town staff. Salary starts at $21 per hour.
