How the Town Supports Community Housing

The Town of Granby, Colorado, is committed to addressing the critical need for affordable housing in the community. With guidance from similar communities and valuable local input, Granby is developing housing solutions tailored to meet its unique needs. These efforts aim to support local employers in attracting and retaining employees while ensuring residents have access to quality, attainable housing.

Nuche Village has truly been a community effort with support provided by Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership, Division of Housing - Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), Proposition 123 State Affordable Housing Fund including Governor’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). Nuche Village is also the first housing project to be selected by the Colorado Middle-Income Housing Authority who will finance the 75 for-rent units in Phase 1 of the development.
